I'm am working with a company in a turnaround situation that is need of a strong FP&A Analyst to assist leadership. They are a very fluid organization at the moment and change is a constant. This opportunity is great for someone who knows their stuff and likes to be held accountable for getting things done. It is a pretty flat organization so you have the ability to talk to the people that have the information to get what you need. To be successful in this role, leadership believes that the Analyst should have multi-site experience like in the retail or hospitality industries.
This opportunity isn't right for everyone, though, and has proven to be a challenge for individuals who need a very clear structure and consistent work day. The company is in the process of substantial change which requires the Analyst to establish his/her own structure; a structure needs adapt to changes quickly.
