We will provide a Full Commerce Solution We will be World-Class at Every Service we offer We will engage with our clients as a Strategic Partner DC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (Outbound)The DC Operations Supervisor (Outbound) is responsible for coordinating and managing all outbound activities, maintaining accurate and complete inventory, and driving performance and staffing of the DC. Responsibilities Drives processes which may influence the direction of other areas Effectively delivers formal counseling/mentoring to direct reports Participates and engages onsite client relationship Drives quality of Client related projects and promotes overall success Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements Manage, coach, and mentor hourly staff Identifies operational issues and drives action for quick resolution Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet PFSweb's performance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Preferred 3-5 years in a Management/Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment, Required 1-2 years' experience in Returns, Preferred Workforce Planning experience, Required Ability to work a flexible schedule, Required Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement Must complete and submit a background screening that will be conducted by the U.S. Government post hire, as applicable Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance Ability to climb stairs without assistance Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products Preferred Personal Characteristics Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to interact and communicate with all levels both internally and externally Promote a fair, safe, and engaged work environment Pre-employment background screening will be conducted.PFSweb Inc. is an EEO/AA - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status employer.
