Responsibilities:
- Management of daily operations of construction projects
- Follow and implement safety procedures
- Communicate progression with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
- Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
- Assign tasks accordingly
- Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
- Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience needed with projects from $5 Million up
- Hospital, school and high-end multi-use office projects
- Successful track record of managing ground-up commercial
- Proficient mentor and leader
- General Contracting experience/ Multiple trade supervision
- Candidates must have a stable work history
