Logistics Transportation Specialist

Pay rate:
$24.31/hr. This is an onsite role - 10 am-8 pm Monday through FridayJob Description/
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the Common Carrier and Fleet Transportation load planning and service metrics. Assisting in managing a territory that consists of no less than 10,000 annual shipments with a primary service territory. Primary responsibilities are data entry with some driver scheduling, load scheduling, and dispatch opportunity. Responsible for SAP (TLB) Order Management Backup To assign and manage the Transportation 3PL (Ryder) loads and Splash fleet loads. To work as a team with regional planners and to ensure inventory /delivery requirements are met Ensure compliance according to DOT and KDP regulations for Splash Fleet Ensure that the customer interface is managed in the most effective manner (Load acceptance, billing, close out orders) Work with Splash Fleet Drivers as needed to ensure daily loads are being covered Assist supervisor in providing analytics, special reports, projects, and training
Qualifications:
HS/GED 3PL Logistics/Transportation Experience (data entry, driver scheduling, load scheduling, dispatching, etc.) Who We Are:
