Client Services Analyst (Transportaion)PFS' Business Management department is made up of a team of client services professionals that act as the liaison between our clients and PFS operations.
We work with world-renowned brands to help them manage their eCommerce operations.
The Transportation Analyst is responsible for the leadership, administration and continuous improvement of all freight activities.
This includes monitoring daily business activities, managing operational projects, shipment planning, coordinating billing and transportation compliance.
ResponsibilitiesThe Client Services Analyst (Transportaion) will serve as the main point of contact for managing the transportation process for our clients with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Manage existing key account relationships and offer solutions based on shipping patterns, needs while monitoring daily business activities for client initiatives Confidently problem solve any issues, such as a missed pick up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing Proactively communicate any issues to the client Coordinate with traffic team on all daily shipments through phone, email and any related web portals Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing while proactively notifying client of any changes Develops and operates an effective transportation information reporting system; ensures the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution, and retention of all necessary reports and records regarding transportation operations; and develops additional and/or enhanced reports to support customer's changing needs.
Interfaces with Operations, Program Management, and Inventory Control as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction around transportation-related issues; participates in customer meetings, as required Engaged with clients directly to monitor and report service issues daily.
Proactively identifies service delays in carrier networks through data analysis and communicates to transportation leadership to drive resolution.
Monitors claims reports and timeliness of action by claims team.
Tracks daily volumes and proactively communicates any carrier capacity changes needed with transportation.
Stays abreast of changes in PFS/GXO Transportation offering and proactively communicates with BM team and Clients as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Required 3
years related experience, Required Knowledge of transportation planning principles Experience with transportation demand management concepts and strategies, preferrably Experience in small parcel and freight analysis and management GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
