Role Description As an Enterprise Reporting & Analytics (ERA) Reporting Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to help create and deliver best-in-class analytics and reporting solutions that facilitate great analytical experiences for McKesson's customers and internal sales teams. You will closely collaborate with customers, sales, product owners and other business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, write use cases, organize features, establish roadmap, and track usage for McKesson's Reporting & Analytics products. Job Functions Works with customers and internal users to understand their reporting needs and translate into requirements Works with Stakeholders on requests, analysis and prioritization of requests Contributes to the development of ERA Reporting roadmap by defining our target audiences, personas, success metrics, and strategic priorities Executes the ERA Reporting product roadmap by working with Agile / Scrum teams to capture and translate requirements, develop user stories, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and work with beta customers to implement product and gather feedback. Work with users to understand the objectives for developing a new report or enhancing an existing report. Create the catalog of Reports and the maintain the associated documentation. Defines user experience (user goals and needs and workflow) to enable actionable discussion with customers. Oversee the development of prototypes, mockups, and wireframes, and then validate with stakeholders. Analyzes data sets and potential data sets to get a deep understanding of data and their relevance to user reporting needs. Coordinates with fellow Product Managers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are captured. Gathers insights from usage data and user research and observation activities to implement changes in products. Evangelizes Analytics capabilities with internal audiences and customer forums. Conduct product demos across various stakeholders including training for sales and customer support Assess competitors' offerings and identify gaps and market opportunities Assist with customer/user-facing communications such as messaging, content, release notes and support communications (including user guides) Assist with troubleshooting issues with Support Team and Product Owner Minimum
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4
years of relevant experience. Qualifications 3-4 years Product Management experience dealing with Reporting tools or business intelligence solutions Experience and understanding of modern business intelligence tools, their limitations and how this translates into database requirements Experience with Aha! to manage product roadmap and backlog Experience working directly with technology teams and business stakeholders as a product manager Experience in stakeholder management Experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile software development Additional Knowledge & Skills Goal and detail orientated Excellent written and face-to-face communicator; Able to hold their own in Stakeholder meetings Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with business/strategy product managers and leadership teams across stakeholders - from business owners, operations, IT to sales Prepared, self-directed, organized and responsible Collaborative and humble decision-maker Good at sorting through ambiguity Creative problem solver who can deliver mutual benefits Prior healthcare/pharma experience preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
