The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is part of the Market Access group supporting the ImprimisRx family of branded FDA-approved products in the United States. The Market Access team at ImprimisRx focuses their efforts on supporting physician practices, accounts, and ambulatory sites of care (ASC) providers with necessary support materials and education to seek coverage to therapy for appropriate patients. The primary goal of this role is to support appropriate patient and provider access to care to an assigned geographic region. The person in this role will monitor local healthcare payer policies, develop relationships with key advocacy leaders and provide direct support to prescribing physicians, ASCs, outpatient hospital facilities and support sales staff with reimbursement and market access. Job Scope:
The FRM will execute local market plans to support field-based priorities. This will include understanding and educating on local health policy, reimbursement, billing, coding, and patient access issues. FRMs will collaborate with their field partners to alleviate reimbursement and access issues impacting physician offices, ASCs and outpatient facilities and the ability of patients to access the ImprimisRx portfolio of FDA-approved products. The FRM in this role will have expertise in access and reimbursement issues encompassing coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, exceptions, denials, coding and payer payment guidelines, payer policies, sites of care, understanding of coding guidelines (CPT/J-Code/Pass-Through), statutory or commercial pricing structures or mandates and patient assistance programs. Responsibilities include:
Incorporates knowledge of dynamic and complex marketplace and business trends to deliver maximum access to the portfolio of ImprimisRx FDA-approved products Possess expertise in Medicare policies and the variations within all parts of Medicare Have a deep understanding of medical vs pharmacy benefit and policy, both Medicare Part B and Medicare Part D Demonstrates a broad understanding of the physician buy and bill model including experience with Medicare Transitional Pass-Through Status Understands ambulatory sites of care to support patient options Ensure processes are in place to drive clear communication with sales teams to ensure clarity of reimbursement and access issues and opportunities including support pull-through efforts Effectively and persuasively communicates with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging Utilizes only PRC approved resources and communications to meet objectives Listens and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions Maintains thorough knowledge of ImprimisRx FDA-approved products Creates and maintains a positive impression with customers Participates in teleconference and live National, regional and district meetings and training sessions and represent ImprimisRx at national and/or local conventions when requested Additional Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree a plus. A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry including a strong understanding of but not limited to, insurance verification and / or claim adjudication, physician office and outpatient billing, Buy-and-Bill model, medical benefit procurement, understanding of adjudication within Commercial and Government payers, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and National and Regional Commercial payers. Candidate will live within assigned geographic area. Experience working in Ophthalmic/Eye Care sector is a plus. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
