Irving, TX Ethos Group Compliance Solutions works with dealerships to identify compliance vulnerabilities that pose a business risk and crafts innovative solutions that help protect the business and its employees.
Our web-based software includes employee training and reporting to assist our clients in being compliant in their day-to-day operations.
EGCS Support Team members are responsible for providing excellent service to the Customers and Reps of EGCS.
The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver who is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and desires to learn and provide support while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve Customer and Rep website-related issues Create, edit and post website content Assist Reps in their efforts to meet the Customer's HR, Compliance, and Safety Goals Work with IT teams for software improvement and development of new software Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent computer proficiency and an understanding of basic document editing in WORD, EXCEL, ADOBE, and HTML College degree or 4 years related work experience Outstanding communication skills This is a hybrid position of both remote and in office work.
Must be able to train daily in our Las Colinas office when first hired.
