Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls & emails.
Handling billing requests, scheduling requests, program questions, processing payments, sales calls and other various customer requests.
Outbounding for collections.
Following up with customers regarding services performed.
Maintaining an organized record of various call resolutions.
