Interacting with potential candidates on Social Media, Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
Sending recruiting emails to generate traffic and invite candidates in for specific job openings Coordinating with recruiting managers to determine position requirements Manage the flow of candidates for up to 4 recruiters Assisting with scheduling interviews to bring in new employees into the branch Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience Office manager will consider strong Administrative Assistant candidates Data Entry proficiency - 8,000 - 9,000ksph Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software must be computer savvy Strong communication, both written and verbally Comfortable being on the phone and emailing candidates all day High School Diploma or equivalent is required Application Process Includes:
