Operations Associate responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization's policies and standards, vendor and facility management, inventory management and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
Ultimately, you will work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
Responsibilities Perform various administrative tasks Assist with device management and technical issues Maintain schedule of operations Facilities and vendor management Cooperate with different departments to ensure efficiency Developing company improvement plans Assisting with departmental changes and improvements Assisting with customer payment disputes Manage company inventory Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven work experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role Previous negotiation experience (leases, contracts, etc.
