com Who are you? You are an effective and trusted partner in all matters pertaining to people operations and processes.
You will work closely with cross functional partners including the Senior Director Human Resources, business leaders, managers, and employees to implement systems, processes, and programs that enable our employees and teams to deliver to their full potential.
You will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information to which you are given access, always acting with integrity.
What will you have to do? Own and deliver consistent best in class experiences throughout the employee life cycle Manage and scale people operations, programs, and processes such as onboarding, benefits, compliance, immigration, off boarding, etc.
Manage and drive full cycle of recruiting including resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, assessments, final selection, and offers Consult with the leadership team to identify and prioritize hiring needs Ensure job descriptions are up to date and accurate Recommend creative new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Place and update all job postings in various medias including company sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners Represent and be a brand ambassador at recruiting events (i.
e.
, college job fairs) Maintain applicant tracker to analyze and report on hiring progress Initiate and review background checks for employees Lead orientation sessions and onboard new employees Work with a cross functional partners to encourage prompt, fair, and effective resolution of concerns to help achieve a positive employee experience Administer employee data records including managing and maintaining employee files Develop, implement, and track compliance of people policies and guidelines Assist in resolving, coaching, and guiding managers through employee relations matters Partner directly with the Senior Director Human Resources on wider organizational people programs, incentives, and special projects What do you have to have? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business and/or 2 or more years of HR Operations or HR Specialist experience in a client facing role Strong working knowledge of people policy, US employment law, and practices Experience working with and optimizing Human Resource systems Effective, yet approachable communication style with strong service orientation Ability to be both strategic and tactical in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A get-the-job done attitude - going beyond the minimum requested ask Ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information Organized, flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks/responsibilities simultaneously, while bringing tasks and projects to completion within deadline Exceptional attention to detail Self-Starter with a willingness to learn and teach oneself new skills when necessary Proficiency in MS Office and generally tech-savvy Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term, life, and accident insurance 401k retirement savings plan with employer match We pay for your gym membership as long as you use it Flexible work schedules Education assistance Job Type:
