401k plan Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick pay plans Coverage in medical, dental, life, and vision insurances Tuition Reimbursement and Adoption Assistance The Opportunity The Driver Recruiter and Analyst is responsible for overseeing and facilitating healthy delivery markets by maintaining a balance between delivery order volume and gig-economy driver supply.
Your duties will include implementation of driver recruitment for new delivery markets and sustainment of driver supply within existing markets.
You will work within a cross-functional team environment, to coordinate, forecast, fulfill, and report on the health of the driver supply in markets throughout the US.
Responsibilities Implement driver recruitment processes to ensure correct driver supply in new-launch expansion markets, existing steady-state delivery markets.
Monitor and maintain the health of existing markets by working with core Delivery Operations, Sales, and owning the Driver Recruitment function.
Design and implement strategies of driver growth within existing markets that increase order volumes and meet operational metrics.
Track and analyze delivery metrics to forecast optimal driver supply across all markets.
Support the company's growth and product roadmap, by working with cross functional teams to implement driver acquisition and engagement strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of our operating systems and tools, driver app, and analytics tools, and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems in the driver acquisition space.
Implement and improve acquisition protocols to improve new-driver engagement and optimize delivery metrics, to achieve healthy markets.
Establish market profiles and maintain logs/records of partners, brands, markets, and driver supply.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the gig-economy delivery industry, transportation & logistics, or operations.
Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups is a bonus.
Strong demonstrable data analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerBI ability.
Experience using Fountain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar ATS's, and optimizing these systems.
Experience working with paid acquisition channels such as Facebook, Instagram, job boards etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with little supervision and monitor & improve multiple processes.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
