PURPOSE:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Quality Analyst/Repair Technician to join our team.
The Analyst will be responsible for the repair and refurbishment of NUU Mobile phones and products, while also compiling and analyzing returns data.
Qualified applicants must have experience with Android devices in a technical capacity including performing physical repairs and analyzing and reporting failure trends Daily work will involve prioritizing customer returns, including data entry, testing, repair and refurbishing.
This position will analyze and report failure trends to the Quality Manager and global engineering team.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Troubleshoot, test and diagnose issues with customer devices Repair devices, test devices before and after repairs Perform and oversee all check-ins of product repairs and refurbishing of product Monitor, document and report failure trends to Quality Manager Assist with APN verifications of many cellular networks Complete Validation and Verification testing for all devices Flashing software as required on certain projects Provide operational support for all products to internal departments Develop and maintain a product repair guide/handbook Be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned Backup Customer service team during periods of increased customer demand.

Technical Expertise:
Proven experience and knowledge in cell phone repair, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, specifically Android OS Repair Skills:
Proficient in disassembling and reassembling cell phones, replacing damaged components, and troubleshooting electronic circuits.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with Android operating systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
Analytical Expertise:
Proven track record of breaking down information, looking through data and finding patterns, trends and outliers.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex cell phone malfunctions efficiently.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs, and to maintain thorough repair records.
Education:
High school diploma or GED; college education preferred Job Type:
