As a Maintenance Supervisor you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
Maintain supply and parts inventory.
Respond timely to service requests.
Share emergency service work on an on-call basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
2 years previous maintenance supervisor experience required.
Experience with 150
unit properties required.
Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical HVAC certification required CPO certification required Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally Must operate specialized tools Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly Valid Driver's License and Insurance We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and offer an extremely competitive salary package, employee apartment discount (if needed), 401K with company match, Medical/Dental/Vision, 2 Weeks' Vacation, Sick days, and 10 paid Holidays a year.
