The EMRA Member Care Center Representative will assist in building the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association (EMRA) into a thriving customer service organization.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in customer service roles including data entry, email task queues, managing records, and resolution of customer issues.
Our ideal candidate has Strong organizational skills.
Experience handling customer requests via phone.
Worked with updating records, data, and financial information to complete transactions.
Familiarity with both Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other desired qualifications include communication skills, accuracy, an eye for detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience working with invoice fulfillment.
