o Assist in recruiting for hourly positions & initiates the process for the site sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates.

posting jobs internally and externally, work with recruiters, schedule interviews, interview candidates, initiate background screens, pre-employment drug screens, and generating and sending offer letters).
o Administer new hire paperwork, terminations, unemployment.
o Enter new employee onboarding documents o Maintains and Files employment records on personnel file o Supporting aspects of payroll o Reviewing/reconciling time and attendance records o Review and completing employee master record changes/updates for accuracy o Supporting management with any questions or concerns regarding disciplinary process with the direction of the HR director o Other tasks as assigned Other Requirements:

o Ability to quickly learn or apply experience in operating in a regulated environment is also a requirement o Clear, concise communication skills:
Listening, speaking and especially writing, will be essential to a strong candidate.
The role requires clear written and verbal communication skills.
o NOTE:
Candidate must be fluent in English, and Spanish a very strong plus for the candidate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
