As Sr.
Director, AI/ML Cognitive Technology, you will lead our organization's efforts in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions, while driving cognitive technology strategy, roadmaps and standards.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage cognitive technologies that drive quantifiable business value, accelerating innovation and transformation across the enterprise.
Relationship building, cross-organizational partnership, strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics will be critical to success in this role.
Essential Skills:
Be a resident expert in leading-edge AI/ML/cognitive technology and research, staying up to date on industry trends, technology advancements and their application.
Provide thought-leadership and expert guidance to enable a broad scope of AI/ML/cognitive applications while fostering innovation.
Synthesize large amounts of research and technical details from various sources and convert into meaningful material that can be easily consumed by non-technical professionals.
Develop educational collateral, deliver boot-camp learning sessions and lead ideation discussions with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop cognitive solutions that address these needs.
Evaluate and implement new AI/ML/cognitive tools and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
Establish AI/ML/cognitive technology strategies and architectural standards that align with the organizations vision and goals.
Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, architects and product owners to develop, design and implement high-quality, scalable AI/ML solutions that support business objectives.
Develop and implement best practices for scaling, standardizing and optimizing AI/ML/cognitive solution development, delivery and support.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for AI/ML/cognitive project portfolio, ensuring solutions are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that AI/ML/cognitive solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
Build a best-in-class, high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

years of overall IT experience in delivering end-to-end solutions and enterprise applications with a proven track record of driving innovation and business benefits.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders both verbally and in written form.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing technical professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Additional Knowledge and Skills:

years of demonstrated experience developing and implementing AI/ML technology and automation projects.
Experience in the implementation of Virtual Assistants, Intelligent Document Processing, Robotic Process Automation, LLMs and Generative AI solutions.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as Azure, AWS) and enterprise app/system integrations with SAP, SFDC, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources.
Experience in managing relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
