Operation Analytics Manager

Sojo is the vacation rental industrys first amenity automation platform.
We connect to property managers reservation calendars and automate the ordering, storing and kitting of guest amenities from the bathroom and laundry to kitchen and pantry.
Youll be working in a fast-paced startup environment with a small and passionate team which values innovation, customer obsession, market transformation, and a relentless focus on simplifying operations for vacation rental managers across the country.
Sojo provides a unique opportunity to support a platform that provides both physical goods and software to a growing client base of vacation rental managers of all sizes.
Your focus will be on building a reporting suite to support and optimize Operations as well as analyzing that data to provide actionable ideas for improvement.
This role is primarily based in data and analytics but will also emphasize process efficiency and optimization.
This role will work multiple departments across the business and report to the Chief Operations Officer.
Youll have the autonomy and support you need to be successful every step of the way in this remote position.

ResponsibilitiesAs Operations Optimization Manager you will:
Responsible for collecting, documenting, analyzing, and communicating performance information to stakeholders, recommending, and implementing regular reporting solutions for leadership, forecasting workload needs, and supporting the resources and systems required to accomplish this effectively.
Responsible for not only DATA collection but the visualization and communication of that data in an effective way to all stakeholders.
Direct, manage and deliver Operational reporting projects in partnership with the technology team and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Responsible for warehouse labor and supply budget management and budget planning including building and maintaining financial tracking tools for the leadership team.
Analyze the warehouse labor productivity and suggest alterations to processes, staffing or policies to improve productivity and profitability.
Investigate and provide strategy for cost reductions or efficiency measures Provide regularly scheduled communications via dashboards and / or reports to leadership and stakeholders Work closely and collaboratively with other departments to ensure transparency in reporting and that full organization needs are met.
Analyze inbound and outbound domestic transportation to investigate cost savings and measure vendor performance.
Work to develop customer profitability scorecards based on revenue versus inventory cost, shipping and labor costs.
Manage inventory accuracy and shrinkage to maximize inventory productivity and profitability.
Ensure inventory movement is properly managed within ERP/WMS systems.
Manage partnerships with freight forwards to move international products.
Help build and strengthen the foundation of operations at Sojo by optimizing and documenting processes and developing internal training documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMust haves:
Decisive, adaptable, intellectually curious and metrics driven.
An obsession with attention to detail and a relentless drive to automate and optimize tasks and processes.
The clear ability to synthesize complex data and present visually in a way that is easily and quickly absorbed by the end-user.
Logistics and / or Operations background, preferably with domestic high-volume shipping Background in creating and using reporting to solve problems.
Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university heavily preferred Minimum five (5) years professional industry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with internal and external audiences at all levels.
Ability to operate quickly and smartly within an autonomous environment.
An interest in personal and professional achievement.

Starting at $80,000 and commensurate with experience.

Variable Compensation:
In addition to your Annual Base Compensation, you will be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity up to a maximum of 15% of your base salary per year.
All variable compensation will be at the sole discretion of Sojo

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
