Responsibilities
Responsible for providing financial analytic support in assessing merger, acquisition and/or divestiture opportunities
Challenging the Development leads and responsible Operations executives as to the contribution of the proposed transaction to the overall benefit to company
Assessing the validity of the assumptions used in any pro forma model
Working collaboratively with the Development lead in order to develop the optimum structure to accomplish the transactions objective
Assist the Development lead in managing the legal, compliance and executive approvals required
Assist in developing the business plan, executive summary and pro forma financial statements required to obtain the above approvals
Make determinations and recommendations to the Operations group and CDO as to whether the proposed project is one that should be pursued in light of resources required
Serve as a key point of internal communication to home office departments in the Due Diligence process, and manage the utilization of external resources in the Due Diligence process
Ensures that communication to prospective customers is accurate, prompt and timely
Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and engenders a team spirit in solving problems and identifying and capturing new business opportunities
Works in an open, supportive manner with other members of the development team in order to balance the workload and provide ideas and potential solutions to problems
Enhances the Companys credibility and reputation
Have a thorough understanding of all value drivers at the center level
Conduct all business matters with the highest degree of integrity and insure that a culture of compliance is fostered Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred.

Two to three years work experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
