AI Product Technical Lead
Overview:
As AI Product Technical Lead, you will manage the technical aspects of AI product development process.
This includes managing the implementation of new features and the correction of bugs, as well as developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the AI products and the technology stack used to build them.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating with contractors and junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in project management and coordination.
While we require at least 2 years of experience for this role, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate the ability to handle this level of responsibility during the interview process.
Reporting to the Head of AI, you will be a part of the Data Intelligence team,Are you ready to be part of the future? What you will do Manage the technical development of AI products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes Develop and manage the plan for product development Work closely with the Flight Operations Expert for AI Products and the AI Expert / Model Engineer to ensure that the products are optimized for aerial operations and meet necessary safety and operational requirements Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of AI product development, including communication with contractors and other stakeholders Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners Manage and mentor the Junior AI Engineer in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones Occasionally contribute your expertise to the development of other product
Qualifications:
Who you are Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in AI product development with Python and project management Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development Knowledge of or an interest in the aerial industry Excellent project management and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer SITAs workplace is all about diversity:
