Responsibilities:
The Manager, Envoy Air Operations Recruitment is responsible for leading and inspiring the efforts of the in-office administrative team.
This includes but not limited to supporting and processing for, Pilots, Cadets, A&P Mechanics and Flight Attendants.
Work with all Air Operations leadership team to develop the overall processing strategy for Envoy Air.
Work closely with the in-office recruitment team members to develop, implement and document processing procedures Provide analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of outreach activities, programs and other feedback for continuous program development and improvement.
Creatively source and identify new media of marketing, job posting placement advertising to recruit Pilots, A&P Mechanics and Flight Attendants Build relationships and partnerships with leaders at colleges, technical schools, and other aviation industry entities to network and support our recruitment programs.
Provide training to in-office staff on goals, expectations, conduct, responsibilities and communications to ensure program continuity and consistency in delivery.
Lead and direct the work of the in-office administrative team.
Communicate projected recruiting event schedules to internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements/Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 5
years of experience recruiting 2-3 years of leading and managing a recruitment team Proven organizational and time management skills Strong presentation skills, comfortable communicating with various audience sizes Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Possess the legal right to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in aviation Understanding of both Flight, Inflight, and Aircraft Maintenance hiring requirements Additional Position Details Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.
This position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Federal law requires Envoy to determine a candidates history with the DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position.
