This includes working with dealership personnel to validate that payroll information is correct, proper review/approvals are received, payroll is processed in accordance with company policy and ensure all processing is compliant with key controls.
Duties/Responsibilities Set up new employees in UKG Ensure all proper documentation is received with each employee file Capture and validate payroll information from the dealerships Input payroll information into UKG Review payroll proofs and error validation reports Ensure proper approvals are received Work with the dealerships to resolve payroll issues and concerns Responds to questions from employees and resolves discrepancies Follows all defined payroll SOX controls as defined Adheres to organizational deadlines for payroll Practice continuous improvement Other responsibilities that may be assigned by your supervisor Required Skills/Abilities Acute attention to detail, process and organization Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user friendly language Education & Experience Some Accounting and/or Payroll Experience Preferred Ad-hoc payroll reporting experience a plus UKG experience a plus PM22Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.
