PL/SQL - Production Support Analyst(Remote)
DescriptionCognizant is looking for a PL/SQL - Production Support Analyst for developing customized product for our clients.
The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs.

10 -14 years Required Skills Technical Skills- PL/SQL, Java Domain Skills- Health Care, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) Nice to have skills Technology - Roles & Responsibilities oTroubleshoot application issues by analyzing data/application/interfaces.
oAssist during support hours of operation (8AM to 5PM Central Time) and also during off hours for production emergencies.
oWork on Incidents, Service requests, Problem Records/Tasks and Change Requests within SLAoRespond to and act on Alerts within SLAoPerform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.
oIdentify root causes for technical issues in production.
oDevelop code updates to fix reported defects.
oProvide detailed information to clients as required.
oFollow the production support best practicesoComfortable with handling night alerts in shifts oEngage in internal issues review and client calls.
oGood delegation and time management skills.
oGood Problem-solving abilities.
oGood verbal and written communication skills.
