Job Summary As an Executive Assistant, you will provide advanced clerical and administrative support to company executives including the EPD Senior Vice President and HR Director, as well as E&T's Vice President of HR.
This will include, but is not limited to:
managing daily schedule, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, booking domestic and global travel, arranging dealer/customer visits, preparing expense books and assisting with other local meetings as needed.
This role is primarily office based with flexibility for remote work based on travel and meeting schedules.
Basic
Qualifications:
At least five years' experience in an administrative role at various levels in an organization Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage workload with minimum direction and supervision Ability to learn and use various web-based software Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority tasks simultaneously Top Candidates will also have:
Previous experience in a large, global organization Previous experience booking global travel (visas, entry requirements, etc.
