Drivers shuttle hotel guest in hotel van/vehicle to and from the airport and/ or local destinations in a friendly and courteous manner.
Drivers may also escort arriving and departing guest to and from their accommodations.
This position requires a valid driver's license and MAY also require a Commercial Drivers License.
Other requirements include basic English language communication skills, exceptional hospitality skills, and the ability to lift and carry heavy packages and luggage, and perform task requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances.
Duties and Responsibilities May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ensuring the vehicle is clean, fueled, and any necessary services are communicated to appropriate person is required.
Must have clean driving record and pass DMV/background check Role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel's communications base and compliance with local driving regulations.
Drivers are frequently asked general information about the hotel, give recommendations on the surrounding area, and are required to assist the passengers during the loading and unloading process.
