Position Overview Oracle EBS Finance Functional (Hybrid) Requirements:

Summary:
The Oracle Financials Functional consultant provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle EBS applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members.
Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials application experience are required to provide business solutions reducing the use of customizations.
What you need to excel in:
Need a candidate with specific experience in Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, eBusiness Tax, Credit and Advanced Collections functional areas.
Identifying, writing, and managing business requirements.
Assist in the development of finance extensions to meet business requirements.
Maintain finance configurations and migrations.
Support implementations through multiple test cycles.
Maintain relationships with development, deployment, and support teams.
Prioritizing project deliverables, identifying dependencies, and managing risks and issues.
Fluent in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Azure, ).
Ability to define eBusiness Tax Rules to meet business requirements.
Understand and implement AR cash receipts (Lockbox/ACH/Wire) solutions for many banks.
Assist with the development of AR Invoices.
Print templates to meet varied billing scenarios.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle EBS applications.
Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues.
Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management.
Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs.
Be an active member within the company's Oracle technology communities.
Required Skills:
8
years or more of Oracle implementation experience with EBS Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, eBTax, and SLA.
Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points between Finance applications and Order Management, Banks, Purchasing, and Reporting.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and managing testing of Financial ERP solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Nice to Have Skills:
Oracle Cloud experience and certifications.
Implementation in Global environments or international experience.
Financial Accounting Hub.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science.
Minimum of 3 project full life cycles.
Oracle EBS Certifications.
Implementation knowledge of 'Accounts Receivable' and 'eBusiness Tax' is a MUST.
Willingness to travel weekly as needed.
