Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis Produce supporting documentation for audits Understanding and documenting current business processes, procedures and internal controls Assist with developing innovative, value-add recommendations that will improve our processes Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
3-6 years public accounting experience CPA preferred but not required Recommended Skills Auditing Business Process Improvement Business Processes Finance General Ledger Internal Controls Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
