PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To manage activities associated with software development in a business environment; to be responsible for management and development activities for a group, section or product; and to be responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of applications, systems and programs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE Extensive team leadership, project resource allocation, team management, mentoring, and coaching experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions to support business reporting / dashboards.
Experience managing data warehouse and /or reporting infrastructure using Business objects/ Qlik / Tableau/ or any other reporting / data visualization technology tools to help scale business objectives while maintaining the high-performance environment for reporting.
Experience in management of reporting / data visualization software upgrades and migrations.
Good knowledge of ETL, PL /SQL, data modeling, data visualization, business data analysis / analytics, project delivery management.
data management, compliance, security, and governance.
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with business and IT teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of data strategy methodologies, reporting, data visualizations and business intelligence industry best practices and metrics mining the data and aggregate to achieve valuable insights and reporting requirements for business.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, including establishing relevant metrics or developing new tools and processes to bring efficiency and effectiveness.
Familiarity with SAP BO, Tableau, Oracle Exadata, SAP HANA is an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree with major in IS or Management required.
Major in Information Systems or Management strongly preferred.
Ten (10) years of related experience required to include seven (7) years of systems and development experience and three (3) years supervisory or project management experience required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
