The Senior Power BI Business Analyst will implement and support day-to-day operations of GMR's online ordering system, which is comprised of an intuitive self-service web portal that empowers customers to order and monitor the status of medical transportation online.
The goal of this system is to provide an easy-to-use interface that enhances service delivery for customers while streamlining communication center operations.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Power BI Business Analyst will s upport customer self-service systems by documenting requirements, analyzing GMR business and customer needs, implementing solutions, and assessing outcomes.
Support Sales by using the defined process to ensure the goals of the team are achieved.
The Senior Power BI Business Analyst Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information to the customer about the features and benefits of the software offered by GMR.
The Senior Power BI Business Analyst will g ather and analyze business unit requirements by identifying, defining, and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, and challenges.
The Senior Power BI Business Analyst will d eliver engaging presentations with live demos and/or pitch decks.
Act as a liaison between end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and leadership in the analysis, design, implementation, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance and customer service.
Skills:
Excellent presentation and training skills required.
Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between people, process, and technology especially as it relates to service delivery and process improvement.
Demonstrated skill in successfully coaching staff and customers (users) through complex change.
Skilled in developing business process specifications, procedures, and methods for testing business functions within computer systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices for producing effective project documentation (including business functions, manuals, and configuration documentation).
Ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures, apply creative thinking in the use of communications systems, and develop innovative business processes.
Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a proven ability to create presentation-quality documents in each of these tools.
Familiarity with Smartsheet preferred.
Minimum Required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis/improvement, computer systems implementations, change management, and/or analytics relating to customer service, communications, dispatch, or ambulance operations.
Expert working knowledge of Power BI.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Microsoft Certified:
Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification highly preferred.
3 years of experience in coordination of medical transportation, operations, emergency dispatch communications / call center customer service delivery preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Change Management related field preferred.
