Job Description About the role Inventory receiving and management:
Ensure inventory accuracy by properly receiving and restocking inbound products, playing close attention to details.
Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation.
Follow all HACCP, food-handling and spoilage management processes.
Pick, pack and sort:
Use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to employees.
Delight customers:
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed.
Warehouse organization and safety:
Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with Client Mart safety and security standards.
Complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
Be a team player:
Contribute to a positive working environment by bringing the Client one team, one fight value to life in all you do.
Be kind, be respectful, and communicate effectively.
Work with the teams' goals in mind, sharing ideas, opportunities and challenges where appropriate.
Runner coordination where applicable :
Guide Runners and employees to pickup locations.
Support parking lot management by directing traffic, collecting racks and carts, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
