We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control person to join our team and ensure seamless operations through meticulous monitoring of both internal and external inventory flow.
Your responsibilities will include processing shipments, inspecting and unloading freight, and managing inventory transfers to maintain an organized and efficient supply chain.
Inside our facility, you will diligently organize and maintain inventory for easy accessibility and fulfillment of requests for various jobs or projects.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in occasional deliveries to ensure timely inventory delivery.
You will be an essential part of our inventory team, efficiently handling daily receiving for jobs, sales orders, demos, service, and inventory to maintain accurate records.
Collaborating with the purchasing team, you will address discrepancies in received material and coordinate with the Asset Manager to ensure proper documentation.
Your keen eye for detail will be evident in precise scanning and processing of job material transfers for accurate job delivery reports.
As a reliable team player, you will support quarterly warehouse and room inventories, maintain cleanliness in work areas, and provide backup assistance to others as needed.

What we are looking for:
Adept computer skills including data entry, typing, and 10-key operations.
Experience with inventory management systems and RF barcode scanning.
Previous experience in inventory management, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving.
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
A clean driving record is required for occasional delivery tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in handling data entry and scanning processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
