Culligan of DFW is looking for a part-time Administrative HR Assistant with a minimum of 1 year experience serving in an administrative assistant role.
This position will involve:
Recruitment Administration & recordkeeping of the company's Professional Development program Administration & recordkeeping of the company's Years of Service program Assisting with onboarding & terminations Making photocopies, sending emails, and scanning documents Customer service aptitude by responding to employee & vendor phone calls, emails, and requests in a timely manner Having a working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of Human Resources Administration Other duties as assigned The starting pay range is from $23-$25 per hour depending on experience, and working approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
This position could possibly turn into full-time.
Qualifications:
