Schedule:
Monday - Friday Growing company with room for advancement! Fast paced environment! Position Overview:
The primary function of this role is to provide support to our customers that utilize third party web portals and ensure that Purchase Orders are properly imported to our systems to allow for on-time and scheduled servicing.
Essential Functions:
oEnsure all work orders/purchase orders are managed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and that all transactions meet the customer's criteria.
oObtain and process customer work orders/ purchase orders for scheduled routes and emergency services.
oAssist in billing, creating invoices, matching all work orders/ purchase orders with services performed.
oAssist sales, customer service, credit and collection, and billing on accounts that require purchase orders/work orders.
oReconciles complex issues on customer accounts.
oCommunicate with customers on scheduling and completing work orders.
oPrepares monthly summary reports on account progress.
oCoordinates with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments.
