60 an hour 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago Reporting to our Manager, HR Business partner, the HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of various HR functions within our organization.
This dynamic position involves collaborating closely with HR professionals and other departments to facilitate seamless employee experiences.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding, MADD workforce recognition program, and providing support in HR-related inquiries.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our company by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
This is an in-office position that will transition into hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR department including filing, maintaining HR records, and preparing documents.
Help with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing welcome kits Coordinating service anniversary and retirement awards.
Provide support in employee matters, such as answering employee questions and troubleshooting.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Cover the front office desk which includes signing off on incoming packages and welcoming guests or appointments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good understanding of MS Office Suite.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Ability to maintain workplace confidentiality and take ownership/accountability for own actions and aspects of the job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
