We are a fast-paced agency and need a goal-orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share as an Insurance Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be hands on, lead by example, assist in training as needed, and comfortable working with a remote sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the agency goals, as well as their individual sales goals, are achieved.
This position is office based.

Responsibilities:
Involved with all aspects of the sales process with staff Leads by example which includes meeting their own sales objectives Comfortable working with a remote staff Develop leads from multiple sources, identifying customer needs, quoting, follow-up, and closing Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to educate customers about insurance option.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Insurance Sales Manager Requirements:
Agency P & C Insurance experience is required TX P & C Insurance License is required on the first day of employment Minimum 3 years verifiable experience selling P&C Excellent people management skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Self-motivated and directed Detail-oriented Ability to work in a team environment, including remote staffing This is an office based position Job Types:
