As a customer service rep, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing excellent service to customers in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a courteous and professional manner Address customer complaints, provide troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction Upsell products and services when appropriate Document all customer interactions using our CRM system Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service workflows and policies Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Previous experience as a customer service rep or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Proficiency with computers and various software programs High school degree; associate or bachelor's degree preferred We provide competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k) plan, and opportunities for advancement.
