Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring Process customer policy change requests Work daily service alerts received at agency Cross-sell products to existing agency customers Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program Pay:
