Seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Designer and IVR Solution Developer to lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions and IVR solutions for a Contact Center Transformation Project.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants, as well as IVR solutions for large-scale organizations.
The Conversational AI Designer and IVR Solution Developer will work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful delivery of conversational AI and IVR solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
o Lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions and IVR solutions for a Contact Center Transformation Project.
o Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and design conversational AI and IVR solutions that meet project needs.
o Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of conversational AI and IVR solutions.
o Develop technical specifications and design documents for conversational AI and IVR solutions.
o Develop and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies.
o Configure and deploy IVR solutions in a Contact Center environment.
o Develop and maintain IVR applications using VoiceXML, CCXML, and Java programming languages.
o Conduct testing and troubleshooting of conversational AI and IVR solutions to ensure successful integration with Contact Center systems.
o Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
o Stay up to date with emerging conversational AI and IVR technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o 7
years of experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants, as well as IVR solutions for large-scale organizations.
o Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies.
o Experience with conversational AI platforms, such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
o Strong understanding of contact center operations and call routing strategies.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
