This position requires a highly skilled individual capable of crafting compelling narratives and visual stories that enhance and promote the organization's healthcare services, patient success stories, and community health initiatives.
The Multimedia Producer will bring these stories to life through innovative multimedia assets, directly influencing the public's perception and engagement with CHRISTUS Health.
By adhering to brand guidelines and utilizing cutting-edge production techniques, the Multimedia Producer will create content that captivates, informs, and motivates action, crucial in expanding CHRISTUS Health's reach and impact through strategic marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Strategically develop and produce multimedia content, including videos and photographs, that align with CHRISTUS Health's marketing goals and effectively reach an external audience.
Partner with the marketing team to devise and implement campaigns that showcase the unique qualities and advantages of CHRISTUS Health.
Execute all production phases, from pre-production planning, scriptwriting, and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and post-production, ensuring a professional finish for every asset created.
Adapt and tailor content to suit various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, billboards, and print advertisements, ensuring optimal engagement.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking, delivering high-quality results while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry standards, technology advancements, and marketing trends, integrating innovative approaches into CHRISTUS Health's multimedia content.
Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support content creation, from talent casting to distribution logistics.
Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and audience response, providing insights that inform ongoing marketing strategies and content refinement.
Provide creative direction and technical advice to enhance the visual storytelling elements within CHRISTUS Health's marketing materials.
Ongoing engagement in professional multimedia production communities and continuous learning to remain current with industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
Minimum three years of corporate or brand multimedia experience required.
Proven track record of producing compelling multimedia content, with a strong portfolio showcasing video and photography skills.
Experience working in marketing or advertising, preferably within the healthcare industry, with an understanding of communicating sensitive and complex health topics.
Certifications in multimedia software (e.
g.
, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, or photography are highly desirable.
