As a State Farm team member for the Linda DeSpain State Farm Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the Agency - State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
This is a 100% in the office position.
The Office hours are M-T 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am to 5pm.
Our Office is not open on weekends.
If you don't have a Texas insurance license, we will assist in attaining your license.
If you a smart organized individual, we will provide all the training necessary to be successful.
Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
