Ensuring the assigned territory complies with safety policies and procedures.
Assisting customers with client enrollment.
Managing and maintaining the overall market on behalf of our client.
Resolving issues related to failed transactions.
Keeping management informed about overall quota and sales goals in the assigned territory.
Providing assistance as directed by the management team.
Accepting and activating signups for the campaign.
Physically moving throughout the general territory to support customers as needed.
Reporting to your position on time, as scheduled, and at your assigned location, including relevant job trainings.
Adhering to client and company regulations.
Complying with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Developing and presenting efficient solutions to issues.
Utilizing empathy and professionalism in every interaction for an exceptional customer experience.
Teaching and training fellow Customer Service Representatives.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED or international equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Completion of a background check to meet company and client requirements.

S.
