Lawn & Garden has an exciting new opportunity in our Customer Service Department.
This person will support our efforts around customer service, order management, fulfilment, inquiry, and warranty.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and e-mails to resolve issues or questions related to customer orders.
Provide customer account management which may include, but is not limited to order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, inventory inquiries and transportation management to analyze and resolve customer needs.
Maintain customer accounts.
Maintain accurate customer pricing by researching and resolving discrepancies.
Research and correct customer invoicing discrepancies.
Process sample order requests for sales and marketing.
Prepare and distribute daily reports.
Organize workflow to meet customer time-frames.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Education:
HS Diploma.
Associates Degree preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
4
years' experience in customer operations or service.
Customer focused.
Detail oriented.
Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines and processing standards.
Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide customer solutions.
Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate level of computer skills in Excel.
Experience working in a past-faced working environment Job Type:
