As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in various ServiceNow transformation projects, defining the vision and strategy while estimating project sizes ranging from $0.
25M to $16M+Your responsibilities will include identifying impacted systems, crafting end-to-end use cases, and designing high-level architecturesCollaborating closely with operations teams and subject matter experts, you'll map process flows and assess system impacts to develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and articulate the vision and strategy for ServiceNow transformation projects.
Identify impacted systems and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project scope.
Develop end-to-end use cases and roadmaps to guide project implementation.
Design high-level architectures and provide input on technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to the application development team.
Collaborate with operations teams and subject matter experts to map process flows and assess system impacts.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, working closely with the Enterprise security team.
Interact with business leaders, development teams, and product managers to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Proactively communicate with senior management to recommend architecture roadmaps and assess business impacts.
Coordinate with multiple IT development teams across various systems for business case implementations.
Evaluate products and technologies to enhance digital architecture, including cloud-native solutions and microservices.
Drive modernization and transformation of business group systems, focusing on customer experience and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the ecosystem to facilitate seamless integration and development within the SAFe environment.
Lead roadmap planning and program planning, ensuring alignment with long-term strategies and goals.
Optimize ServiceNow implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and realization of business value.
Develop comprehensive documentation and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Drive adoption of new business capabilities and technology integrations to enhance system performance and functionality.
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance user experience across ServiceNow applications.
