The Data & Technology Solutions team, as part of FinOps, is a high-performing Data & Technical team that thrives on a growth mindset culture, is passionate about technology and is focused on supporting and accelerating FinOps digital transformation journey and data culture.
We equip FinOps teams with precise and consistent knowledge of the organizational data and provide insights that lead to action, enabling teams to create value for the organization by automating and digitalizing financial processes and operations.

The Senior Data Analytics Manager should be a technically savvy and operationally disciplined professional with a proven record of successfully delivering technology-data related solutions and business insights, including business process transformation/automation, advanced analytical data models, data visualization and reporting.

Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4
years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2
years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred QualificationBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 6
years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4

Demonstrated analytical ability, complex problem deconstruction into easy-to-understand concepts, statistical competency, data validation and fluency in visualization techniques.
Understanding and expertise on cloud-based data pipelines and data landscape .
Expertise in building data sets in Azure, AWS, Hadoop or similar big data environments and database technology.
Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics including Azure Synapse, visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Experienced Citizen Developer.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technology (i.
e.
, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.
g.
, creating formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
Understanding of Finance processes and needs.
Experience in Financial operations is a plus.
Unique mix of technical, analytical, development, project management, and process re-engineering skills and expertise.
Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, innovation, process automation and execution management.
Ability to identify and implement industry best practices to improve existing processes; demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous, and dynamic environment.
Data Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Be an agent of change by testing the status quo and providing insights to build compelling and actionable business cases that mobilize change.
Understand analytical goals and strategic priorities from the FinOps team.
Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
Gather, synthetize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and trends, leading to meaningful insights and actions that can help the organization s decisions and directions and influence change with stakeholders.
Create and visualize dashboards leveraging Microsoft Power BI.
Data Analytics:
Apply expertise in data sources and quality to identify and leverage data across multiple sources, understand data requirements, and evaluate the sufficiency of data for addressing relevant and impactful business questions and challenges.
Manage organization data architecture for data collection from a variety of sources, analysis, and to support data science, process automation and experimentation projects.
Responsible for how data is stored, consumed, and integrated.
Develop analytical data sets in Azure which can be used for analytics, automation solutions, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.
Apply technology to represent the best solution for FinOps team s stakeholders needs.
Lead the implementation of a defined technical solution.
Build, support, and/or consult others on the execution of formal experiments or prototypes/proofs of concepts, to evaluate the impact of new or changed features or processes.
Be a citizen developer leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technology stack to develop low code / no code solutions.
Ensure projects and applications consistently meet data integrity and quality standards and policies (security, privacy, etc.
) Maintain expertise in data privacy requirements, responsible and ethical data handling practices, and models compliance with classification and governance rules and regulations.
Leadership:
Effective collaboration and engagement with stakeholders to align and prioritize business problems where technology-based solutions can have an impact.
Apply a customer - and/or stakeholder - oriented focus by understanding their needs and perspectives.
Validate and advise customer and/or stakeholder requirements.
Manage and work with various engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
