Member Services Rep
Financial Additions is assisting a leading healthcare provider in search of a Member Service Representative
Position will be in-office daily.

- Answering all incoming calls from sponsors, members, and providers.
- Researching claims status and assisting in resolving claim issues.
- Maintaining positive relationships with physicians, providers, and practice managers within the provider network.
- Providing accurate information regarding eligibility, benefit verification, network, and contract status
- Recording all contact with customers both verbal and email
- Facilitate member and provider understanding of the plan coverage and benefits
- Acts as the primary liaison both telephonic and in-person between all members and the plan
- High School Diploma and 1 year of related experience
- MS Excel(intermediate)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
