Summary:
We re looking for a growth oriented professional to bring passion, creativity, and innovation to the growing CRM Marketing Team.
As the Manager of Communications Strategy for Client Business Group s Customer Experience team, you will be a critical driver in our work to enhance great customer experiences from marketing communications.
This individual will lead communication strategies to manage the end CX for all business customer types (Business Markets, Global Enterprise and Public Sector). In this role, the Communications Marketing Manager will be responsible for management of existing templates and overall transactional lifecycle strategy for business customers.
This individual will work closely with the database marketing team, Communications Strategy lead, business stakeholders in CRM/Product/Digital Ops/Sales and IT to implement plans for journey improvements and enhanced capabilities.
Own the omnichannel communication experience, stakeholder Ing of new communication needs cross-functionally and providing orchestration recommendations as necessary aligned with CX and NPS priorities.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Journey lead to do Customer/ Functional Journey analysis and Mapping
Own the end-to-end prioritization and governance strategy for non-marketing communications implementing business rules to guide prioritization, logic, design, frequency and content continuity. Conduct ongoing business assessment for template needs owning the overall prioritization strategy for VBG transactional communications.
Stand up new email and SMS communications library and corresponding CX playbook creating definitions and categories for templates aligned with varying product/marketing/customer needs.
Lead marketing requirements for communication requests in collaboration with creative agencies for email and SMS templates.
Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to incorporate tech related advancement as proposed by Martech for ongoing management of transactional templates.
Collaborate with internal CX teams and journey mapping strategists, ensuring consistent, well-orchestrated and connected communication experiences for VBG customers.
Work closely with agency and other creative partners in the design, build, and testing for emails, SMS, and other ad-hoc communications ensuring standards and system classifications are met aligned with future platform migration efforts.
Ensure high quality and accuracy of email templates that incorporate responsive design, dynamic content, variable data, and advanced testing and interactive elements, keeping best industry practices in mind.
Use expert knowledge of cutting-edge techniques, trends and best practices to deploy a variety of high-visibility projects from social media content, HTML emails, websites, landing pages, and banners, to presentations and data-visualizations.
You ll need to have:
Bachelor s degree
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in marketing to end customers
Experience in executing on marketing communications including Email, SMS and/or Direct Mail campaigns
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
