The Production Support Specialist will provide customer assistance through phone calls and handle documentation tasks like word processing and data entry. They will also research online for verification purposes and analyze credit files. Even Simpler:

Customer Service:
At least 4 years of experience providing help and support to customers Call Center:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment Mortgage:
Knowledge or experience in mortgage-related processes for at least 2 years Credit:
3 years of experience dealing with credit analysis or related tasks Proficiency in Word Processing and Data Entry Preferred:
Bachelor's degree (though a high school diploma is required) Ability to effectively use the internet for research (Internet Research) Pay Details:
