The BA will lead, with a team, or individually, stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, workshops, and other requirements elicitation activities to identify, uncover, and document business needs. Supports agile, waterfall, and hybrid projects by generating requirement artifacts, such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, activity diagrams, and other assets supporting software application and technology projects in the Healthcare domain. Assists project managers by managing sub-teams or a portion of an overall project. Generally works on medium to large scale projects of moderate to significant complexity.

Responsibilities:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes and associated IT application requirements.
Supports or leads the process of screening, framing and modeling ideas for process improvements or cost savings.
Develops and executes test strategies, plans, scenarios, and tracks resolution to identified defects.
Recommends promotion of software to production based on satisfactory test results.
Defines and documents business and IT system processes. Models AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
Conducts and facilitates JAD sessions to develop and coordinate the requirements, specifications, design, and testing efforts for medium to large projects.
Holds stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews to uncover and identify business and technical requirements.
Participates in agile activities, such as backlog prioritization, requirements sizing, iteration planning, and design sessions.
Leads workshops and other requirements activities as necessary.
Analyzes business workflow and system needs for conversions and migrations; assists in data mapping.
Defines and develops test plan documentation to support system validation and/or User Acceptance Testing.
Conducts gap analysis and uses analytical skills to identify root cause and assist with problem management.
Generates user stories, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and other requirements related assets.
Prepares high level user documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
Understands the basic concepts of project management according to PMBOK and Project Management Lifecycle
Experience with the SDLC and with Agile methods.
Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to articulate an appropriate course of action based on reading standard project documentation (charter, work plan)
Develop and document a work plan and estimate effort required to complete the work
Document business analysis deliverables such as requirements, workflow diagrams, and testing documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Bachelor's Degree is preferred

years' experience in application development support with proven analytical experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
