GROWING Healthcare company seeking EXPERIENCED and TENURED Human Resources Generalist
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE PHR or SPHR certification
MUST HAVE strong Microsoft Office skills
MUST BE a self-starter who works collaboratively with other members
KEY
Responsibilities:
First contact for teammate questions
Supports flawless integration activities for acquisitions
Identifies risks, recommends solutions, works with other members of HR and interacts with center teammates
Works with Group Human Resources Managers to produce and coordinate severance and other termination documents
Collaborates with client groups to conduct investigations including, but not limited to information received from teammates, the compliance hotline and/or center requests
Prepares Ad Hoc reports as requested
Completes special projects as assigned
Complies with all internal and SOX controls
Ability to manage a significant workload and fast-paced flow of expected output.
Working hours: 40
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field AND 4
years of Human Resources experience
Working knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources
Healthcare experience preferred
